Esoteric Classes

Are you seeking a deeper spiritual path? Have you been curious about The Modern Mystery School or the ancient mystery schools? This is an introductory workshop that will help you better understand what it means to be an initiate in an ancient lineage.

You will learn two rituals that you can apply on your own. You will also be guided through the Sanctuary Meditation technique, where you meet your Higher Self. You will experience first-hand the energies we work with in the sacred, unbroken lineage of King Salomon.

You will also learn about core healings and classes offered by the Modern Mystery School, and about the path of progression toward greater spiritual practice and service.

This class introduces some of the foundations from the full Empower Thyself Initiation program. Empower Thyself is a two-day workshop that culminates in your adept initiation into the lineage of King Salomon. In the school’s teachings, the initiation is described as anchoring ten times more Light and power in the energy field.

The MAX Meditation System™ (Modern Ascension eXperiment) is a guided meditation experience combining five phases: relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization, and stillness. Designed by Founder Gudni Gudnason, the sequence offers a structured practice that can be experienced differently each time.

The Sanctuary Meditation is a guided journey for creating a personal inner sanctuary: a sacred inner space to revisit in your own practice. The workshop teaches the technique for independent use and invites a deeper connection with your Higher Self.

This workshop introduces astral travel as understood within the lineage teachings, with a framework for exploring the astral realm through intentional practice. Laura shares techniques and protection practices drawn from that tradition; experiences vary, and the class is not presented as a scientific claim about consciousness.

This workshop introduces the six senses of spiritual intuition as described in the Modern Mystery School teachings. Through practical exercises, participants explore ways of noticing and interpreting intuitive impressions with care and discernment.

This foundational class explores sacred geometry as a spiritual language of patterns and forms. Participants learn how these patterns appear in nature, art, and the cosmos, and how to work with them in personal spaces and spiritual practice.

Stress is inevitable. Living overwhelmed by it does not have to be. This five-part training series goes beyond simply learning how to relax. It explores stress at its source—how it affects us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and how to develop healthier, more effective ways of responding to life’s pressures. A key focus is learning to distinguish between harmful stress created or amplified by negativity, habitual reactions, and perception, and healthy, productive stress that motivates us to grow, solve problems, meet challenges, and take action. The goal is not simply to cope with stress, but to understand it, change your relationship with it, and develop the resilience to respond with greater clarity and choice.

Are you ready to strengthen your psychic abilities? Have you ever wondered if the information you are receiving in meditation is right for you? Want to learn how to strengthen your meditation practice or simply learn how to meditate? All levels are welcome. This class is designed to help expand your awareness and strengthen your discernment so that you can grow in the personal and professional aspects of your life. You will be guided in how to create a safe environment and how to integrate this technique and knowledge into your day-to-day life.

This class explores the 12 Magickal Beings of the World of Humans as taught in the Mystery School tradition, including Fairies, Elves, and Mer. The teachings describe these beings as part of the 12 Races of Earth and as helpers in humanity’s evolution. The class introduces their stories and gifts and includes a guided meditation.
